He is survived by: his son Joe Peak III (Tammy Peak); his grandchildren, Kelsey Jo Alvey (Reed), Katie Latham (Colten), Kallie Peak and Cody; his children, Hadlei and Bryker; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Harper Latham; his siblings, Carolyn Vance, Bobby, Paula Goines and Buddy; his former wife Mary Peak; and his son Brock Spear.
