He is survived by: his wife Whitney Lavender; his parents, Linda (Ted Kelly) and Jim Lavender; his brothers, Phillip Wyett (Ashley) and Joshua Cowling; his grandfather Robert Wyett; and his parents-in-law, Dale Heffentrager (Melanie) and Jennifer Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
