With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jaquita Chase of Atkins, Arkansas, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Heflin Patrick; and her daughters, Abigail Heflin, Levenah Countryman and Danielle Collins. She is survived by: her father Robert Patrick; and her brother Tammey Patrick of Atkins.
