He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otis and Miriam Vernel Harrell Bevill; his wife Sheila Robin Bevill; and his brother Ronald Wayne Bevill. He is survived by: his sons, James Ray Bevill Jr. of Atkins and Joseph Arlis Hardy of Savannah, Georgia; his brother Rodney Joe; his sister-in-law Catherine Bevill of Hot Springs; and his sisters, Linda Kay Shelton of Pine Bluff and Iva Lee Bevill of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
