He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver T. Shannon and Faye Parks Shannon; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his sons, Fletcher "Ladd", Kenneth "Kenny" and Samuel "Barre"; his wife Ola Bernice Brents; and his brothers, Kenneth T (Margaret Shannon) and Larry Shannon. He is also survived by sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends and family.
