She was predeceased by: her parents, John Estel and Carrie Stout Welcher; her husband Noil Brock; her daughter-in-law Sandy Bowden; her siblings, Verdell Goines, Ann Goodall, Shirley Hearne, Odell Welcher, William Welcher and Ray Welcher; and her grandchildren, Tammy Boren and Timmy Bowden.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Bowden, Rick, Gail Welcher, Eric Brock, Sherry Reel, Betty and Danny Reed; her siblings, Wilburn Welcher, Nina Haymes and Carolyn Scott; her grandchildren, Tony, Kay Reel, Karen, Scott Hamm, Kellye, Brandon Oakley, Kendra, J. J. Ward, Stephanie, John Simko, John Welcher, Delaina, Mark Bomhoff, Telly, Timmy Harris and Davyn Bowden; and her great grandchildren, Miranda Crabtree, Chey Reel, Ayla Hickman, Brandon Colburn, Crystal Jones, Holly Boren Carlie Bisbee, Lance Byrum, Austin Hamm, Jake Simko, Alicia Bomhoff and Aithyn Langley.
