She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Dean, Sr.; and her son Michael Kent Dean. She is survived by: her children, Martin Dean, Jr. of Atkins and Patricia Ann Lyons (Joey) of Lewisville; and her siblings, Jinny Tippet and Donny Laviolette. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
