The memory of Cynthia Lu Stanley (Atkins, Arkansas), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on April 23, 2025 at the age of 65, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavon Stanley and Rose Kathryn Stanley of Atkins, Arkansas.; and her grandparents, Leonard, Clara Stanley of Atkins, Seab and Lena Phillips of Atkins.
She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Stanley, Phil Stanley, Jo Barton and Jim Stanley; and her nieces and nephews, Liz Shahan (Rob), Dylan Stanley, Samantha Barton (Kevin), Jacob Stanley (Jennifer), Ashley Stanley-Stevenson (Sean), Tobias Wray and Jessica Curley. She is also survived by fifteen grandnieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lemley Chapel. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oakland Cemetery (917 S Detroit Ave, Russellville, AR 72801).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Hospice-Russellville or Atkins Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
