She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Ketcherside and Bernice Miller Ketcherside; her son Raymond Hamilton; her husbands, Ray Hamilton and Gene Culwell; and her siblings, Charlie Ketcherside, Chucky Ketcherside, Wilma Williams and Joyce Ketcherside.

She is survived by: her son Jody Hamilton; her stepson Aaron Culwell; her daughters, Pam Curtis and Sandra Davis; her stepdaughter Karen (Mike Hokhold); and her siblings, Doyle (Cathy Ketcherside), Sue Downing, Katie Page and Sherry (Cory Gunter). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Memorials in Carolyns honor may be made to Childrens Hospital.
