With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Smith (Atkins, Arkansas), who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Billy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nick Smith and Billie Rose Smith (Huddleston). He is survived by: his siblings, Jim (Tara) of North Carolina, Steve (Deadra) of Plumerville, Mike (Trish) of Hattieville, Bo (Tammy) of Hattieville and Sunny Foshee (Stanley) of Solgohachia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Atkins First Freewill Baptist Church (711 00031-000R, Atkins, AR 72823). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, our family would like to strongly encourage donations be made in Bill's honor to Faith Point Ranch Recovery Center for men at 1627 Highway 95, Morrilton, AR 72110.
