He is survived by: his wife Peggy Parks of Ashdown; his children, Scott Allen Parks of Ashdown and Ginger Parks of San Antonio, TX; and his brother Jerry Wayne Parks of Texarkana, TX. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
