She is survived by: her daughters, Kennedy and Camille Polk; her mother Julie Blackmon; her siblings, Terrisha Blackman (Camisha Ingram) and Terron Foster; and her aunts, Shon and Lillian Oliver. She is also survived by uncles, aunties, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.
