He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kilpatrick and Vera Bridges Kilpatrick; his grandchildren, Brad Kilpatrick and Amy Phillips; and his siblings, Faye Latham, Patsy Robbins and Bill Kilpatrick.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kilpatrick; his children, Gary Kilpatrick, Kathy Kilpatrick Jones and Jimmy Kilpatrick (Bridget); his stepdaughter JoEllen LaVoice; and his close friends, Bobbie Wright, Ed Goodman, Dennis and Debbie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, loving nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.
