He was predeceased by: his mother Bama Moon Furlow; his sisters, Ruby Lee Harris, Betty Needham, Mary Dell Furlow and Lena Moon Stover; and his nieces, Lena Ann Sisk and Jan Needham Price.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shackelford Furlow; his daughters, Julie Furlow (Jan Wilson) and Sherry (Glenn Grimes); his grandchildren, Cole of Ogden and Colyn Grimes of Ogden; his nephews, David, Philip, Gary Stover, Ricky Needham, Billy Sisk and Clinton Sturdevant (Peanut); and his friends, Patrick Morrison and Ricky Ward.
