Miriam D Allen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2018, at the age of 90, Miriam D Allen (Ashdown, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Whitaker Allen, Jr.; and her sons, William Richard Becker (Bill) and Edwin Whitaker Allen, III (Buddy). She is survived by: her parents, Lena Susan and Rozier Madison Darden; her children, Susan Yoshida (Rod), Betsy Allen, Billy Allen (Sandra), Powell Allen (Angie) and Cathy McDonald (Scott); and her daughter-in-law Dianne Becker Popp. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to Milledgeville First United Methodist Building Fund.
