She is survived by: her husband Chuck Cox of Ashdown; her son Aaron Smith of Texarkana; her grandsons, Avery Smith of Nashville and Addison Smith of Longview, Texas; and her siblings, Jason Smith (Rick) of Marshall, Texas, Phillip Smith (Phyllis) of Marshall, Texas and Nina Bolton of Russellville.
