He was predeceased by: his father John F. Gray. He is survived by: his mother Betty Barton Gray; his sons, Casey and Michael Gray; and his sisters, Linda Hatfield and Pat Hamilton. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
