He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Wells (Tommy); and his grandparents, Houston, Delcie Scroggins Forthman, Grover and Lillie Patterson Wells.
He is survived by: his mother Brenda Forthman Wells; his sisters, Kathy Chandler (Clint) of Ashdown and Valerie Clements (Doug) of Magnet Cove, AR; and his children, Megan Batterton (Colton) of Idabel, OK and Jeremy Batterton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
