He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Jewel Jones Leeper. He is survived by: his father Henry J. "Bell" Leeper (Renita) of Okolona, AR; his brothers, Kevin and Christopher; his wife Tina Royal-Leeper of Ashdown, AR; his children, Jordan Leeper of Dumas, Jacolby Williams of Ashdown, AR and Peyton Williams of Ashdown, AR; his siblings, Donnell Williams, Jr. (Vanda) of Arkadelphia, Mercedes Green (Quinton) of Camden, AR and Janilo Woodley (Amanda) of Okolona, AR.; his cousin Diana Leeper; and his extended family Tim Leeper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
Masks are required upon entry into the church, temperatures will be taken and social distancing is encouraged.
