With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Fred Stanton (Ashdown, Arkansas), born in Hope, Arkansas, who passed away on September 14, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nash Stanton and Thelma Stanton; his brother Nash Tipton Stanton (Tip); his stepson Richard J. Henkes II; and his great grandchild Isolde Elise Romero.
He is survived by: his wife Chris Stanton; his children, Paul Mac Stanton and Cindy Stephens; his son-in-law Jeff Stephens; his grandsons, Corbett Stephens, Carder Stephens and Allen Bass; his stepdaughter Rev. Tamara Henkes; his stepgranddaughters, Cassidy Case and Isabel Henkes; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Guinevere Adelle Frederick and Achilles Nickolas Vallet; and also Linda Bass. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
