He is survived by: his son Arthur Mullins; his stepfather Herman York; his siblings, Robert Mullins, Calvin Mullins, Russell Mullins, Lisa Jensen, Debbie Cantu (Joe Cantu), Amy Moore (Mickey Moore) and April York; and his stepsister Debbie Warren (John Warren). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
