He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Hoffman of Cumming, Steve Brooks of Cumming and Howard D. Brooks, Jr. (Jennifer) of Cumming; his stepchildren, Terry Sulli of Metairie, LA and Patty Kimmell (Don) of Shreveport, LA; his sisters, Betty Batson of Milledgeville and Faye Quinn of Milledgeville; and his grandchildren, Tina, Angie, Kali, Armon, Alyssa, Aaron, Ariel and Andre.
