She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Dorsey and Viola Williams Dorsey; and her son-in-law Floyd Keith "Barney" Cannon. She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tom" Meeks; her children, Kaye Cannon of Jefferson, Texas, Eddie Meeks (Koti) of McKinney, Texas, Mike Meeks (Tim) of Castle Rock and Karen Porter (Mike) of Ashdown; her grandchildren, Kim Cannon of Shreveport, Louisiana, Kyle Cannon of Irving, Texas, Brandon Lewis, Brayden, Tyler Porter of Ashdown, Braden and Kade Faircloth of Castle Rock, Colorado; and her siblings, Bettye Jean McBryde of Somerset, Kentucky and James Dorsey of Perryville, Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
