He is survived by: his spouse Fay Hoover; his children, Jerry Hoover of Ashdown, AR, Shelia Santos of Ogden, AR and Lisa Hampton of Texarkana, AR; and his siblings, J. L. Hoover of Ashdown, AR, Norma Hoover of DeAnn, AR, Margaret Adcock of Russellville, AR, Gail Hawthorne of Saratoga, AR and Brenda Pignatero of Santa Fe, TX. He is also survived by five Grandchildren and six Great Grandchildren.
