With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Sinclair Parmer of Ashdown, Arkansas, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Melvin Parmer and Gracie Roach Parmer. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Tong Parmer; and his children, Richard Parmer, Sonda Preston, Consonna Capps, Kristi Trotter and Wendy Ziggler. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
