He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Bessie DeLoney, Jr. (Honnell). He is survived by: his wife Lecil C. DeLoney of Ashdown; his children, Jimmy (Teresa DeLoney), Tim (Amanda DeLoney) and Donna; and his son-in-law Bill Hale of Ashdown. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
