He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Sr. Rowe and Ethel Rowe; and his siblings, Allen Rowe Jr., Jesse Leroy Rowe, Charles Edward Rowe, Horace Lee Rowe, Ethel Mae Walker, Betty Sue Davis, Joan Rowe and Mary Alice Fooster.
He is survived by: his children, Derrick, Bryan, Kenny Sr. and Arica Moore (Bobby); his grandchildren, Kerrick, Kenny Jr., Brayln and Emily K. Moore; his great grandchildren, Kadence and Ma'Layha; and his siblings, Wilma Sims, Lucian Chambers and A. J. Sandefur. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
