He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Wesley and Ruby Maude Walker Spigner; his siblings, Bink Spigner, Glenn Spigner and Susie Dellinger; and his brother-in-law Pat Dellinger of Ashdown.
He is survived by: his wife Vyvian; his children, Teresa Spigner, Janice Spigner of Ashdown, Leeanne Wisdom of Ore City and Tom Spigner (Sonia) of Beebe, Arkansas.; and his sisters-in-law, Daisy Dean Spigner and Marsha Spigner of Ashdown. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
