He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Ruth Blake (Jeans) of Ashdown, AR; his daughter Suzanne; his son-in-law Burell Barnes of Conroe, TX; his son Paul; his daughter-in-law Cassie Blake of Spring, TX; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Jamie Blake of Ashdown, AR; his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Jephri Blake of The Woodlands, TX; his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Laura Blake of Watauga, TX; and his grandchildren, Karson, Kendall Blake of Ashdown, Jaycie, Raylie, Sunnie Blake of Spring, TX, Alan and Isaac Barnes of Conroe, TX. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
