He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Jernigan; and his grandparents, Lloyd and Maxine Jernigan. He is survived by: his mother Lori Johnson; his stepfather Garold Johnson of Prescott Arkansas; his daughter Erin; his son-in-law David Dixon; his granddaughter Averie Dixon; his brother Justin; his sister-in-law Samantha Jernigan of Texarkana Arkansas; and his nephews, Jacy and Easton Jernigan of Texarkana Arkansas.
