She was predeceased by: her spouse William Sturgeon (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Karen Sturgeon-Brown, Kevin Sturgeon and Suellen Reece; and her siblings, Beverly Woody of Siler City, NC and Steve Hawthorne of Macon. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
