The memory of Bettye Mason of Ashdown, Arkansas, who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 103, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mason and Elizabeth Mason (Miller); her husband Joe Mason; her siblings, Mary Brown and Charles Clark; her daughter Suzanne Jackson; and her grandson Joey Mason Jones.
She is survived by: her son Joe Chuck; her daughter-in-law Ruthie Mason of Foreman, AR; her daughter Judy Kaye Mason; her son-in-law Stephen Jones of Little Rock, AR; her grandchildren, Chris Mason (Katherin), Adam Jones (Claire), Kathleen Nunley (Jonathon), Maryann Jones (Jake), Nancy Jackson and Laura Butler (Robert); her great grandchildren, Molly, Ellie, Vivian, Anna Kate, Jacob, Caleb, Todd, Polly, Courtney, Matthew, Bailey and Riley; and her close friend Susan Oaks.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Saint Barnabas Episcopal Church (202 N Bell St, Foreman, AR 71836). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Dollarhide Cemetery (1187 Lr 18, Foreman, AR 71836).
