With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou McDowell Cobb of Ashdown, Arkansas, born in Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on July 12, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sid McDowell and Dovie McDowell (Ward); her husband Sonny Cobb; and her brothers, Gene and Sid McDowell.

She is survived by: her sons, Mett Cobb of Ashdown, Ward of Ashdown and Mollye Cobb of Ashdown; her daughters-in-law, Trey of Ashdown and Emily Cobb of Ashdown; her siblings, Don McDowell of Phoenix, AZ and Glenda Miller of Ogden, AR; and her grandchildren, Elijah Bracy, Ty Cobb, Cade Cobb, Connor Cobb, Cooper Cobb, Camden Cobb, Maddox Cobb and Colt Cobb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
