He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Albert and Sybil Jeanette Cotham (Scruggs); and his brothers, Jerry W. Cotham and Rex T. Cotham. He is survived by: his wife Rita Cotham of Ash Flat, Arkansas; his children, Jef Cotham of Ash Flat, Arkansas and Kiki Crider (John) of Little Flock, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Elijah James Wiggins of Little Flock, Arkansas and Hannah Carson (Derec) of Hindsville, Arkansas; his great grandchild Eleanor Elizabeth Carson of Hindsville; and his brother Jimmy Cotham of Germantown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
