He is survived by: his wife Judy Wade Murphy; his children, David, Dwayne, Dean Murphy, Israel Hester and Sharon McKelvey; and his grandchildren, Megan Murphy, Tyler Murphy, Kyle McKelvey, Waylon Murphy and Abbie Hester. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
