With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Hayes Scott of Ash Flat, Arkansas, who passed away on December 24, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Devoe Scott and Freda Mary Scott (Holloway); and his grandson Devon Tipton. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Scott, Carrie Tipton (David), Misti Cornelious, Kassie Stender (William), Tammy McGuire and Tonya Williams (Jason); his brother Floyd Scott (Marsha); and his nieces, Robin Eastep (Tony) and Kimberly Hayden (Chase). He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to a charity of your choice.
