She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Julius Holmen and Rosa Holmen (Clausen); her husband Milo Koshatka; her children, Edward and Carol; her brothers, Bob, Russell and Ken; and her great grandchild Jennifer.

She is survived by: her children, Marvin Koshatka (Kris) of Muscoda, Wisconsin and Shirley Byerly (Randy) of Salem, Arkansas; and her siblings, Betty Hadoff of Lanesboro, Minnesota and Don Holmen of Dexter, Minnesota.
