She is survived by: her mother Anna Jean Ballard (Ford) of Ash Flat, AR; her children, James Clifton Barlow Jr. (Krystal) of Batesville, AR and Brittney Nicole Barlow of DeWitt, AR; her grandchildren, Kaylin Michelle Rosenbaum of Ash Flat, AR and Zander Cole Barlow of DeWitt, AR; and her siblings, Tracy Ballard (Debbie) of Horseshoe Bend, AR, Priscilla Branscum (James) of Batesville, AR, Jessica Hart (Gary) of DeWitt, AR and Sandra Parrish (Felix) of Fort Smith, AR. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
