She was predeceased by: her husband James Lewis Sr.; her parents, William Swadley and Pearl Swadley; her siblings, James Swadley, Bill Swadley, Fannie Kasinger and Carol Winnett; her granddaughter Carrie Strain; and her great grandchild Kasandra Story.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Harris of Cotter, Sandra Tooley of Datto, Shirley Kelp of Gepp, James Lewis, Jr. (Victoria) of Gassville, Donna Duncan (Bobby) of Huntsville, Stanley Lewis of Clark Ridge, Steven Lewis of Hardy, Debbie Strain of Mountain Home and Jeanie Yancey (Doug) of Oxford, Arkansas; and her sister Bonnie Reed of Gassville. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
