She was predeceased by: her father Larry Smith. She is survived by: her mother Nadine Patterson; her children, John Richards Jr. (Amber), Justin Richards (Karli) and Julie Medlin (Steven); and her siblings, Joel, Phillip Smith, Paula Cathey and Becky Smith. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
