She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Eugene Wallace and Pearl Dyer; her sons, Gene Allan Howell and John Wallace Howell; her grandson Jason Allan Howell; and her great grandchild Austin Chambers.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Darrell Azlin Sr.; her brother Edward "Butch" Wallace; her daughter Laura Appel; her stepchildren, Billy Darrell Azlin Jr. (Lisa), Benjamin McKinley Azlin, Barrie Denise Marmion (Chris) and Brenda Annette Spicer "Connell"; her grandchildren, Stephanie McKee, Whitney Howell-Abel and Coty Lockhart; and also, Gary, Roger Williams, Rayburn Azlin and Patsy Cregar. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 2 nieces.
