She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin and Cecil Margaret Chacey Adams; her husband Gordon Ray Martin; and her daughters, Rhonda and Margaret.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Ray of Ash Flat and Danny Guy (Jackie) of Ash Flat; her grandchildren, Michael, Robert, Adam of Rebecca, TJ, Amanda, Brandie, Samantha, Sarah and Danielle; and her brothers, Roy Lee Adams of Owensboro, Kentucky and Charles L. Adams of Owensboro, Kentucky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and good friends.
