He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Donald David Collins Jr. (Pam) and Melanie Cox (Bruce); his grandchildren, Dustin, Mindy and Nathan; his siblings, Bud, Elton Collins, Clarry Foster and Alphaleda Vaughn; and his stepsons, Greg Campbell (Tracy) and Bryan Campbell (Jennifer). He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
