He is survived by: his wife Olena Russell Bailey; his sons, Kevin Bailey of Cave City and John Bailey (Faidra) of Batesville; his brothers, Gerald Bailey (Faye) of Cave City, Cletus Bailey (Joann) of Ash Flat and Glenn Bailey (Linda) of Ash Flat; his grandchildren, Gannon Dale Bailey of Batesville and Hayley Gardner of Batesville; and his great grandchild Corbin Smith of Batesville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
