He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lee Nix of Ash Flat, Arkansas; his daughters, Tausha Ingram (Mike) of Ash Flat and Tiffney Miller (John) of Melbourne, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Clay Ingram (Savanna) of Ash Flat, Cody Ingram of Ash Flat, Bryce Ingram (Patience) of Ash Flat, Gracie Ingram (Hunter) of Ash Flat, John Ethan Miller of Melbourne and Ella Beth Miller of Melbourne, Arkansas; his great grandchild Maverick Jensen Ingram of Ash Flat, Arkansas; his siblings, Willard McCollum (Judy) of Ash Flat, Claude McCollum of Morriston, Arkansas, Jerlene Sisney (Truman) of Ash Flat, Wanda Lambert (Les) of Ash Flat, Martha McCollum of Ash Flat, Joyce Cherry of Agnos, Brenda White (Danny) of Mammoth Spring and Rhonda Young (Darin) of Salem, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Sharlene McCollum of Morriston, Arkansas; and his close friend Tom Duncan of Batesville, Arkansas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
