He is survived by: his wife Della Wayne (Lenex); his siblings, Dale Welch and Betty Garwood (Danny) of Melbourne; his sisters-in-law, Pat Welch of Mammoth Springs, Pam Owens (Kenny) of Mountain Home and Charlotte Moore (Mike) of Salem; his son Evan Welch (Vicki) of Raleigh, NC; and his grandchildren, Matthew Welch, Megan Fadel, Kelsey Welch and Shawn Bailey. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
