He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitney Ragsdale and Elsie Miller; and his siblings, Gary Eugene Ragsdale and Joyce Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Bernice Ragsdale; his children, Bobby Ragsdale (Kayla), Tim Ragsdale (Stacey), Whitney Ragsdale (Janessa) and Katie Ragsdale; and his siblings, Jary Ragsdale, Dwain Ragsdale, Carolyn Myers and Barbara Pearson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
