She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Heflin and Joseph Heflin; her husband James J. Franklin; her daughter Linda Jo Franklin; and her siblings, Hazel Tiegler, Omita Moore and James T. Heflin.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Franklin of Cherokee Village, Arkansas and Joyce A. Franklin of Mountain Home, Arkansas; her grandson Jeffery D. Watts; her great grandchildren, Addison Lee Watts and Josephine C. Watts; and her great great grandchild Irie Lewis Field of Southaven. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
