He was predeceased by: his sons, Charles Randall Fowler and Mikie Fowler; and his siblings, Roy, Bill, Ilene, Wilma, Sue and Frances.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Gibson Fowler; his children, Stevie Fowler (Sherry) of Arkansas City, AR and Taunya Fowler of West Monroe, LA; and his siblings, Douglas Fowler of Monticello, AR, Orvell Fowler of Booneville, AR and Charlotte Rasberry of Corsicana, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
