He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pagan and Gussie Pagan; and his brother Bobby Pagan. He is survived by: his wife Frances Pagan; his son Dean Pagan (Vickie) of Donaldson; his grandchildren, Ashley Tucker (Chris) of Bismarck and Jason Pagan (Anakaren) of Memphis; and his great grandchildren, Nick, Rilie Tucker and Mason Pagan.
